Bribe money obtained by government people and industrialists and other criminals dealing with them or among themselves is the prime concern. People should not confuse it with blackmoney hidden by some rich folks, although that should be brought back with some penalty and punishment. The former groups should be jailed for life and all their and their close relations’ wealth and property should be confiscated. A cabinet or chief minister has to be in jail for life for such plunder and shorn of all his money. Look at the Nehru family! In some cases haning would be justified too.
